Chester Railway Station has direct routes to Cheshire, Wales, Manchester, London and Merseyside amongst others and is just a short walk (17 mins) from Storyhouse. Alternatively, you can use the brand-new dedicated secure Cycle Hub inside the New Market car park – with space for 50 cycles, free e-bike charging and a tool station. You can exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same show (where possible) if you make an exchange request more than 48 hours before your originally booked show.
